Winter TCA Press Tour Starts: “Elementary” Panel

- Rob Doherty: “It’s a tremendous honor.. we’ll do our best to keep the audience in their seats after the game.”

- Moriarty is indeed still coming, Rob Doherty promises.

- Sherlock’s dealer, played by John Hannah, will be dropping by.

- Doherty: “You want to dollop Moriarty out appropriately” but there will slightly more serialized stories once he arrives.

- No plans yet, but Doherty would love to bring back Roger Rees (“Allistair”) with the right story.

- Doherty: By the end of the season the Holmes-Watson relationship will be formalized, more of a partnership.

- Doherty: “We want to meet Irene Adler… and see a “living, breathing” actress play her, if only in flashback.

- Doherty never got idea that diehard Sherlockians were against a female Watson. For few that are, he says “Move along.”
